iPlan is a private, management-owned company independent from any external interests and influences. Our firm, founded in 2002, is small, focused and staffed with top level people who work on assignment for clients at global locations. iPlan management are seasoned professionals with a strong –and long –reputation in the field:

Dr Abré Pienaar is the Chief Executive of iPlan. In a career that spans academic, professional and business pursuits, Abré has worked as a quality engineer, line manager in manufacturing, project manager for business system implementations, university lecturer, executive director of a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed company, published a text book on manufacturing systems, is a founding member of the South African Institute of Industrial Engineers, served on the Board of the Chicago based Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and travels widely in professional and business capacities while coordinating iPlan's multiple assignments.


Johan du Toit is a member of iPlan’s Executive Committee. He holds a bachelors and an honours degree in Industrial Engineering and manages iPlan's major projects in supply chain business process design and implementation for key clients. Johan provides clients and iPlan with advanced conceptual models to facilitate deployment of complex business processes and has a proud record of projects completed on time on budget and to original specification.

Altrina Viljoen is a member of iPlan’s Executive Committee and also manages iPlan’s subsidiary company and office in the United States. Her qualifications include a B. Sc. Honours degree in Operations Research and an MBA degree. Altrina's work experience spans the spectrum from senior executive in manufacturing businesses, usually in a supply chain, materials management or logistics role, to strategic consultant advising on the practical alignment of business processes with executive strategy. Altrina frequently performs strategic assessments of the overall effectiveness and efficiency of clients’ business processes and is particularly effective in knowledge transfer of complex concepts.

Eugene Wandrag is an iPlan Project Manager. He holds a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. Prior to joining iPlan, Eugene worked for several years in aviation management systems, ranging from airliner support to light aircraft. His experience covers the fields of supply chain management, resource planning and workflow optimization. Eugene is an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager. He is also iPlan’s leading expert on the implications of preference thinking brain profiles for the roles and responsibilities design of business processes and is the iPlan lead for organisational wellness assessments.

Vivienne Cameron is the Business Unit Manager for iPlan’s 3Degrees business unit where she is responsible for delivering information technology solutions to iPlan clients.  Vivienne has extensive experience of ERP system configuration, implementation and support over the full range of functionality and technical requirements.  In particular, her long and successful track record of implementing ERP systems in many African countries enables iPlan to offer technical implementation and support at global locations.
