iPlan has a track record of managing large, discontinuous change projects in manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centres, mines, agricultural farms, retail outlets, fruit pack houses and saw mills; in insurance and not-for-profit organisations; and in supply chains for luxury goods, chemical products, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, construction and aviation..

We have offices in Pretoria and Cape Town in South Africa and a subsidiary in the United States. We have a successful work history with clients throughout the whole of South Africa; at global locations including the USA, the UK, Japan and Hong Kong; and in other African locations including Uganda, Tanzania, Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria and the Copper Belt in Zambia and the Congo.
